Welcome and congratulations! I'm so glad you're here. My lifestyle newborn sessions are designed to capture the real, tender moments of those early days—right in the comfort of your own home. These sessions are relaxed, baby-led, and focus on connection over perfection. Whether you're snuggling on the couch, feeding, or just soaking in those fleeting details, I'm there to preserve it all with a gentle, natural approach. Pricing:
Session Fee: $400
What’s Included:
- 1.5 to 2 hour session
- 30 fully retouched, high-resolution digital images, with black and white conversions
- Personal online gallery for viewing and downloading
- Travel with-in 15 miles of Woodstock (with small travel fees for locations outside a 15-mile radius of Woodstock, GA 30188)
How it works:
After your session, I’ll send you a private online proofing gallery with all the best images from our time together. These are lightly edited “soft proofs”—just enough to give you a true sense of the final image, without the full retouching just yet. From there, you’ll select your top 30 favorite images. Once you've made your selections, I’ll carefully retouch each one by hand, polishing them to perfection! If there are more images you can't live without, you will have the chance to upgrade your gallery.
Best Time for Photos:
Lighting is everything — and I have found the best time for in-home natural light is about a 10 am start. Don't have a light, bright and airy home? No problem! I always bring a small flash with me in case we need a bit more light :)
I typically schedule these sessions between 7-21 days after birth. ALWAYS with a Monday-Friday start. This means if you have older children involved in the session, they may miss a few hours of school. If necessary, I can start with full family and sibling shots if they need to leave quickly.
Other Details:
I am a full service photographer, meaning I bring all the things needed for baby! I have a posing frame if there is not a room with good light and a bed. (Which I like to seek out first!) I have a few selections I typically bring for clothing, although I love to keep this simple :) I also bring a basket or tiny bed and based on your color selections, I will bring wraps and blankets to accessorize!
When it comes to clothing for the rest of the family, I recommend keeping it simple—think soft, neutral tones and comfortable textures. Avoid anything too bright or distracting so the focus stays on the connection, not the clothes.
What's next?
With continued interest, I will send you a simple contract, and an invoice for small retainer fee to hold your due date on my calendar. After those are completed, I will send you a very important questionnaire (so i may get to know your family a little better) and a client experience guide so you have all the info needed to maximize our time together!
